Drew manages client relationships, evolves business operations, and leads strategic projects for the firm. Honorably, he is recognized within the industry as an ambassador to his clients who serves as an extension of their initiatives. As a privileged confidant to some of the world’s most prominent organizations, he offers a wealth of knowledge expanding across best hiring practices and competitor intelligence. This knowledge derives from his vast portfolio of clients, which transcends numerous verticals and includes:  Finance (FinTech, Investment Banks and Hedge Funds), Legal, Real Estate, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Technology Start-ups, etc. Drew is often referred to as a Master of his craft and his superior customer service routinely leads to retaining exclusivity.

Prior to launching NuSources, Drew was instrumental in curating multiple, million-dollar service offerings for a boutique recruiting firm in New York City. His success directly stemmed from his unmatched, natural ability to build strong relationships and his relentless efforts to understand his client’s mission critical needs. Furthermore, his proactive, humanistic and advisory approach gave him a significant advantage over the competition.

Drew has partnered with local non-profit organizations focused on providing training for careers within Information Technology to military veterans and adults in under-served New York City communities. In volunteering his time, he provides resources, mentorship and is often invited to give subject matter expert presentations on professionalism, ethics, hiring practices, interview guidance, etc.

Reflection of his educational milestones, Drew received a full-tuition scholarship to Rutgers University (RU). With aspirations to pursue a career within the legal domain as corporate counsel, he earned his B.A. in Criminal Justice with a concentration on Criminology and Sociology. His study selection was driven by his curiosity in the human psyche. Striving for perfection, he was awarded countless academic achievements and graduated as a Scarlet Knight with highest distinction—summa cum laude. Despite securing a supreme score on this LSAT exam, Drew’s career was diverted when he discovered the recruiting industry, one that stimulated his entrepreneurial mindset.

Outside of his greatest passion for further strengthening NuSources as a dominant force in the industry, Drew’s personal interests include:  domestic and international travel, fine dining (foodie), Broadway theatre, technology evolution, mixed martial arts (MMA), and Orange Theory Fitness (OTF). In his leisure time, you can find him exploring uncharted trails on the majestic island of Bermuda, reserving a table at his favorite New York City French restaurant followed by a performance on Broadway, immersing himself in TechCrunch articles, sitting ringside at a UFC event, and raising his heart rate into the red zone during an all-out pace at OTF for maximum caloric burn.
